Way too much money! The prices change each time I go. The regular lady wasn't there and I was charged $170. When she finished, it looked a hot, government mess! I do better myself. Very disappointing. I kept complaining while she washed my hair with ice cold water. I felt violated, victimized and stupid by the time I left. They are ridiculous! I will take my money to other salons on Reisterstown Rd. I can't post a photo because I am too embarrassed to show anyone how messed up my hair looks.

Rode all the way there after calling and was told to come on and that they would take me, I arrived 615 and was refused service. That was very rude and inconveniencing. I was told by a lady with blonde hair in the room to the car right by the bathroom that the owner told me that but she didn’t know why. I don’t find that to be a legitimate excuse after I wasted my gas and time. Very very Disappointed in the customer service delivery.

I love this place I been coming here going on 7 years and was pleased every time. The staff is very friendly and makes sure they provide great service they make sure you are satisfied before walking out. Yanira has been doing my hair every single time and does an excellent job. You will leave this salon falling in love with your hair all over again. Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry, Hair coloring
