Wanitto Hair Braiding

I called for an appointment Friday night after having my Saturday morning appointment from another canceled. They offered me an appointment for 9:00am Sunday. I arrived and was quickly in the chair for my micro braids. The person who was booked for me hadn’t arrived and the owner graciously took me and did my hair. I usually have my phone and movies on while getting my hair braided, but this time I didn’t. There was another client getting her hair done, and we all had such lovely conversation. SOOOOOOOOO! I went there with the idea of getting Cornrows for $30 but left paying $55! Needless to say, I will not be spending money with this business any longer. Firstly, I gave her a pic of what I wanted and she didn’t like what I wanted and chose to do her own thing. Then my hair tech didn’t ask if it was ok to add hair to my head, she took it upon herself saying “Your hair too short” so I was like, … I didn’t say anything, next I know I’m getting hair added ???? but whatever, so I let it go. She used a little extra hair and burned the tips, so I felt like a little girl! SMH ????????‍♂️ OH HERE IS THE KICKER! The first row she did, YES, I said 1ST row she said it was too short and continued to do the rest of my head, so I’m thinking, her adding the hair made it easier to do. Keep in mind that this is not the hairstyle I wanted. However, if she did what I was looking for, it would have come out right, but instead, I left with my hair coming out on the sides. I get to the barbershop

If I could give a zero I would. I never used this business because I could never get a chance to confirm an appointment. I called 5 times. And the way the phone was answered (unprofessionally) was a turn off from jump. I made a appt for Wed but I was never asked my name and never given a name of a person that could braid my hair. Than when I tried to change the date I was told the style I wanted would be $140 and now up. So I asked why and I was told it depends... ok depends on what??? So I sent a picture of what I wanted and after 3 days still no response... even after I called and said hey I texted a pic can you please let me know what it will cost... just unprofessional
