New Lady Nails

I try to only leave positive reviews but I felt lead to post about this establishment! Extremely poor customer service! My daughter and I waited an 1 hour for service. We could clearly see and feel that one tech did not want to service us but rather service a white lady that came after us. To much to type and explain. However, the reviews concerning racism are accurate based on what I experienced today. The tech that arrived told me "what you want takes time and I have a customer coming so can you pick something different. Maybe just white polish only". I want to be very clear all my daughter was getting was a French Tip w/ gel full set, NOTHING fancy. The energy of the techs were horrible, especially for it to be the top of the morning. I witnessed 3 customers walk out of the shop due to customer service. We too left without service! I typically go to Escape Spa but wanted to save a few dollars. You really do get what you pay for! I would NEVER recommend this shop nor will I ever retu

They did a great job ☺️ on my nails I will recommend myself to go again
