I went to London Kae after a terrible experience trying to get long layers at great clips. Lydia was so reassuring and comforting when I asked if she would be able to fix my hair. She was extremely professional and obviously has years of experience as a stylist. What started out as a terrible afternoon turned into exactly how you should feel after getting a fresh haircut- happy & beautiful! I will 100% be going to Lydia for all of my future hair appointments. She went above & beyond for me today! I also met the owner who was very kind & funny. 10/10 recommend this salon! I visited London Kae for myself and my daughter and I’m very happy with our cuts!! Gwen did my daughters bob hair cut and Lydia did my cut trimming some dead ends and adding long layers and they both did a wonderful job! Both Gwen and Lydia were reassuring to myself and my daughter as we have a little haircut anxiety lol. But they were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It’s clean and calm in the salon. My appointment was on time and Gwen even took my daughter back a few minutes ahead of schedule. I will be sure to book in the future and refer my friends to the salon. Thank you again ladies!
