My son came in to get a retwist and came out looking like he didn’t get anything done! Will not be using there service again.

My daughter was pleased with her starter locs. We made the appointment online on a Thursday or Friday for Sunday and the appointment was confirmed on Saturday night. A $53 deposit was required. We were 17 minutes late and we had to pay $25 late fee...so be on time. The total cost was $175.

Ive been to both locations. The prices are a bit high, but i was okay with it as long as they did what i asked and paid for. The stylist i had at the temple hills location was terrible. She stayed on her phone, did not do the style i asked for and i had to go to the other location in waldorf to get the style redone that i wanted. I now only prefer the waldorf location. Ive dealt with 1 other stylist before making Shakia my main stylist when i book appointments. Shakia was professional, she did the styles you asked for, and got you out of the shop happy. I set an appointment to book with Shakia, but she was not available so i decided to go with the owner Krystina Monet. Everything was good for my appointment until I received an email stating my appointment had changed to another time and stylist. The problem I didnt like was the fact she gave my appointment to another stylist instead of calling me to ask if it was okay This is my last time going to locs to lashes. I will be look
