“A few months ago, my hair was severely damaged. I had areas where the shortage of my hair looked extremely unhealthy and broken off. From the very first consultation I had with Cherolynn, she gave me explicit instructions on how to treat my hair henceforth. The amount of heat I applied and even to the way I kept my hair most days were all explained to me thoroughly. Cherolynn does not cut corners and she never wants to push something on her clients. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THE SALON HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! My husbands hair is so beyond repair it’s ridiculous. I have never experienced such incompetent unprofessional hair stylist in my whole life. They let us leave with his hair looking like this and tried telling us it was “fine” and “doesn’t need to be fixed”. ZERO apologies for the complete and utter hack job done here. They still had the gull to charge me over 100 dollars for this massacre. I am in complete shock that Pennys would allow their salon staff to find this acceptable. My long hair was butchered.i am so mad at myself for not paying attention to this hair stylist. My hair is gone. I look hedious. I will never go back here. I never asked him to cut my frindge, but he cut it. I am so mad at myself for letting him cut so much. I want to cry.... Service: Hairstyling
