I’m not sure what’s going on with the communication skills here but I asked for a specific style which they said they can’t do. Fine, so I asked what type of styles they can do so I can consider which one to get. The stylist continued to say we don’t provide the one you’re referring to. Yes, we cleared that up. Now I’m asking what styles you can provide and I’ll choose one. Her response was we don’t provide what you’re asking for. If that’s not an indication that they simply don’t want a client I don’t know what is. Steer clear. Services: Updos, Perms, Hairstyling, Curly hair

Amelia is the best! I’ve never had a hair dresser and now I won’t go to anyone else. Everyone is so nice and skilled, I couldn’t be happier! I got a signature cut, which includes shampoo and conditioner. When I asked about it because it seemed like she was going to just cut my hair she seemed a little annoyed that I was asking about it even though it is included in the price. My appointment started out good but went downhill at the shampoo and conditioner part. The lady who was shampooing my hair was really rough to the point my head now hurts. After she finished shampooing she put in the conditioner and told me she was going to go check a client in. I had no problem with this because they were busy and conditioner normally needs to sit for a little anyways. What she did not tell me was by check in a client she meant do another appointment entirely. She sat the client down and processed to cut her hair which took about 20 minutes. She left me sitting in one of those hair tubs which as we all know are not comfortable at all. They are a hard plastic and shaped weird to fit a head. After she finished a whole other appointment
