Diamond Nails & Spa

Did my nails on Wednesday, have to go back today to fix them. The owner was so nasty and rude. He was giving me excuses after excuses. I told him I want my nails to be fix because I paid alot of money. He reply we are going to fix it after talking all the nonsense he did, and to end his sentence told me to go ahead and go to another nail salon. I was just praying and kept my calm. So much for customer service.

They did a good job! I live in La Plata but drove to Waldorf because based on the reviews they did great nail art and I wanted something special for my wedding. Overall I am pretty happy with my nails. Only con was the salon could have been a bit cleaner. There was nail dust EVERYWHERE (counter, chairs, floors, their aprons) and nail clippings all on the floor. A few of the techs dropped their brushes they use to dust off the hands and just picked them off the floor to use again with out properly cleaning them first. Also handled tip money without sanitizing their hands before continuing service. But overall, I was very happy with my nail service and would return for nice nail art again!
