My experience there was not great at all. I believe the only thing that was good was the fact that Ms. Wanda used herbal bars to shampoo my hair. Its been a while since I've been to a hair salon. Due to a lot stylist claiming they specialize in natural hair but they do not. This experience just made it worse. The communication between Ms. Wanda was terrible, even when I told her what I needed. But it was not fulfilled. She had me to high up in the chair so when it came to the steam procedure, my scalp felt like it was on fire. Then she was about to give me just a shampoo to my hair, had it not been mention on what she was about to do I would've spent $65 on just getting shampoo(even though I wasted my money with her anyway). Now it did take me days to notice but all my ends are still bad. So she did not cut all the necessary hair that needs to be cut off.
