I visited the Towson location looking to buy make up as a person who wants to start wearing it. I was immediately greeted although the woman who helped me was clearly busy stocking new products. She was super helpful and very patient as I asked a ton of questions. She helped me from the time I went in to the time I walked out , which was about 45 minutes! I had an excellent experience ???????? this makes me want to return again and again!

Ms. Kate from this store was amazing! I had absolutely no prior knowledge of makeup, and she was so patient with all my questions and gave me great suggestions ???? all the workers I saw and spoke to were also very friendly and welcoming

Updated review: On 9.7.22 I decided to pop in to use my gift card, but found the store not open after 11am. I was a little disappointed that the hours stated one time but there was a sign advising otherwise. ___________________________________ I have been at this location at least 2x times now. Each visit either left me happy or in my feelings. I am not by any means a professional make-up artist or is an avid make-up wearer. I have been learning about make-up from a dear friend. This person knows what they are doing and I really learned a lot. Well, after a little time passed, I started purchasing my brushes and make-up items, some on-line and some from other beauty stores. I have been to the one in Hunt Valley for a surprise facial by hubby and the customer appreciation is felt. At the Towson location, it is a touch and go. I have encountered a few helpful sales personnel that were able to assist me in my search for specific items. My first visit would not have taken place if I didn'
