Future Nails

Besides the nasty upkeep and repetitive use of equipment on different customers, this place is honestly horrible . I came to this establishment, how I usually do, this is not the first time I’ve had an extremely underwhelming experience, but it definitely will be the last. I came and got an “sns” set , and the attitude I received for simply asking for a square set on my real nails was ridiculous. Perhaps the man did not feel comfortable working with real nails. Either way he proceeds to completely butcher and half do the job. Visibly I’m frustrated. I asked him to file my nails straight, he refused and snapped at me so we got into it. I then had to speak with his manager who acted just as incompetent. They lied about their names but one is bald and the other had hair with glasses. They then attempted to swindle me out of an extra $5, claiming that because my nails are naturally long they will charge extra. I did not pay that amount because the listed amount is $45. This shop is disgust

Love my experience ❤️ I have been going to Anson for 2 years after poor experiences in other places. Here, always clean, he has never nicked or hurt my fingers, even when I get my set removed, no pain, no prying and my nails are beautiful every time. The price is also very reasonable.

Please do not patronize this place! Their colors do not last! I left the nail shop and two day later my nails started chipping away!!! I came back to see if they could at least reapply polish. They refused and stated this is normal after you go home. Really?? What happened to the protective layer to protect the paint!!! I spent $110.00 for manicure and pedicure two days ago and the least they could do is apply some polish the nail! They do not value their customers! I always patronize this Future Nails, but not anymore. Reconsidering because going to this place!!! Service: Pedicure
