Salon O at Stevenson

I am very UNHAPPY with the service we have received from Salon O!, my daughter wanted to have her hair highlighted and this is the result. The highlights were done at the bottom of her hair and also are hardly showing!. I paid $145 and basically no results. I called to complain, spoke to the owner (who was not very nice to us when we were there at the salon), he refused to compensate us and once again was not nice on the phone. I will never go back there, it was a mistake from the very beginning!. Do NOT go there!

The owner was, also, not nice to me. Neither was the person at the front desk. I went to a so called hair color specialist. She was no better than others who I gave since gone to. Actually, in my opinion, the others were better. And they used hair color that I was allergic to. I had a number of problem there, which are too many to explain here. To top it off, I called to speak to the person who cut my hair and the owner wouldn't let me speak to her. It wasn't because she was too busy. He just said that all calls go through him.
