Spa Mesu

I had a lovely experience at Spa Mesu! Consuello is an artist and gave me a great haircut and color. Loved the music and relaxing atmosphere too!

I can't thank Consuelo enough - not only for an amazing cut, but for an experience that put me at ease and was really fun. Deciding on a big chop (from long hair to a pixie cut) was nerve-wracking. As soon as I sat down and shared my inspiration pictures, Consuelo was encouraging and collaborative. She asked questions about me and my hair and I could see that she was putting the pieces together to make sure the cut was like the pictures, but most importantly that it flattered me. I moved to DC a year ago, and I’ve been struggling to find a new hair stylist that could cut my short hair the way I like it best. After a few fails, I tried Spa Mesu and made a spontaneous appointment today with Consuelo for a badly needed cut. I showed her a few photos to convey what I was after, and within a half hour, I had the perfect cut! I am beyond thrilled. She was the best… five stars for certain!! I will be back soon.
