Review on customer service and stablishment practices only. I booked the required assessment phone call prior to being allow to make an appointment. She was book for the time I wanted the appointment and said she was going to let us know. Never heard back from her. Tried to schedule online but couldn’t as it seemed my account was not clear yet to be able to scheduled. Texted her…she texted back saying ones again she was going to let us know. Fast forward to almost a year later. I decided to give it another try. This time I was able to book the appointment only for her to cancel saying I needed to book another assessment call. I informed her that I had done one already. She said she had no records of it and it was up to me “the customer” to show proof. I send her a text message from the phone I used to communicated in the passes for her to check her records. I never heard back from her. Christina is professional, detail oriented, and amazing to work with. Her studio space is clean, and she takes her time with each of her clients. It’s nice that she only takes one person at a time - I didn’t feel like I was being hustled out. I had my first pedicure today and I will definitely be returning! So I'm new to Christina and I absolutely loved her energy and how safe she made me feel and just gave me overall amazing service. She took her time, she was professional, she attended to my needs and she was flexible and apologetic when the appointment didn't start on time (she was cleaning so I wasn't upset at all). I'm not a picky person in terms of colors but she had a great range of colors in my opinion. She paid attention to detail, she changed her gloves often and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, plus we had great conversation which was lovely. The bonus of supporting a black owned business was the cherry in top!
