Lisa's Nails

I walked in this place a couple weeks ago for a pedi an hour and a half before their closing time. I thought I would ask if they could take me in if they weren't busy. I walked in and there's only 1 tech and 1 client. The nail tech looks at me from head to toe and says what you want? Not hi, how can I help you? but what do I want. Really? I said I would like a pedi. She asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. She ignored me and continued to work on the client. Didn't bother to say sorry I'm the only one here and can't help you or can you call tomorrow and make an appointment or come back at this time, nothing absolutely nothing and straight up rude. After going to this place for so many years, I plan on never coming back. They act as if they don't need the business, 0 customer service, completely unprofessional. If you have attitude problems and don't know how to be a professional and how to treat customers, maybe you shouldn't have a business.

LISA IS SO TALENTED. SHE DID SUCH AN AWESOME JOB ON MY EYE LASHES . VICTORIA AND. MELINDA DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY NAILS ANS TOES. HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS. WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. BEST PRICE IN THW AREA

Terrible (non-existent) customer service, and I’m pretty sure this place should be investigated for how unsanitary their practices are. Don’t waste your money unless you like the possibility of an infection and being belittled by someone who makes it no secret that they do not respect their customers and would rather be anywhere else.
