I went to get my daughter's hair done. She has mixed texture hair. It was ok not great. Wernt to friendly unless you spoke Spanish.

I’ve been going here since I was 13 and as an adult I still love going there. The customer service is great. The way they do my hair and treat is great as well. I love it.

I was in a last minute bind for a semi important zoom meeting the next day and needed to find someone open and they were. I was fine until a blow dry started happening without a heat protectant. When I asked if they used it, I was told only after the blow dry and before the flat iron. I was perplexed. Heat is heat. This is similar to throwing oil on chicken after you put it in a hot pot and calling it fried chicken. I just don't understand. Good thing I only blow dry my hair for special occasions. For what it's worth, the style was cute and they don't use too much oil (apparently). Heat damage is a serious thing and they really need to understand this. Took off two stars for that.
