Tough Love Salon

I heard about Tough Love Salon through a friend that gets frequent haircuts with them. I wasn’t having any luck at the salon close to home and decided to make an appointment. I booked my appointment with Tori and she was so amazing! She got me in pretty quickly and dyed my hair exactly how I wanted it. I used a picture as reference. She looked at it once and did the thing. I wasn’t sure what to expect when going in and I usually have high anxiety over changes made to my hair. I wanted to go from brunette to blonde so the anxiety was definitely high. She knew what she was doing and that eased some of my anxiety. She was fun to talk to and the other hairdressers were sweet. I’m happy I booked through them, and with my results. I will definitely be going back even if I have to drive an hour. It’s worth it! Oh! They also sell my brand of shampoo (Olaplex) I usually buy. Rude stylist, Lisa~ disastrous haircut, as you can see..this pic was taken as soon as I got home. I had a 2-part GroupOn for Tough Love salon, & the experience was so bad, I forfeited the second paid-for service rather than return. ???????? edit: Sept 2, 2023: I am not a “disgruntled employee or competitor”. My experience as a client was in 2017, May 26 to be exact, when Tough Love Salon was still in Arnold. Lisa did indeed cut my hair. Maybe she was having a bad day- we all have those at times. Love this salon. Even after over a year since I've been in it's extremely clean, safe and professional. Lisa did an amazing job with my curly hair that was in desperate need of a cut and highlights. She went over what she felt should be done and what she planned to do with color. I recommend anyone with curly hair to come in and see Lisa. Already made my next appointment for the fall.
