Raphael is a very kind man, and has a calming manner. He listens, and he offers to correct any faults that a customer may have.

Raphael Hair at Grosvenor's most important asset is Raphael himself. He runs his establishment with outmost care and with a focus on customer service. I have waited a whole year to cut my hair until I was properly vaccinated, and 8 finally took the step today, and cannot be happier with the results. I made my first appointment today with Raphael, and I'm super impressed with his hair cutting and styling skills! He is definitely "old school" and he takes time to detail your haircut. Raphael is a unisex salon. He also has nail services that he contracts as needed, and even a small massage room. Parking is free at the Grosvenor Place IIII building and he takes both cash and credit cards.
