Hugo Salon

I tried to love this place but I can't. The first time I went for a haircut only was amazing and I loved it. Then I went in for color a year later. They gave me purple when I asked burgundy. They told me it would fade to red which of course it never did. Then I went back in today for an undercut. The lady rushed me along and did not listen to what I wanted. I showed her a few pictures that I liked for the style and said she can choose any one she feels comfortable doing (although I don't think she heard me as she was handing me off to the lady who would wash my hair) I tried to explain that I also wanted a haircut but nothing dramatic as I like more of the "punk" styles. She gave me curls. I walked out today without saying anything because nothing could be changed now, and I am crying over how much I hate my hair.Below is what I asked for and what I got. I will not be coming back again.

I see Jackie at this salon, she is wonderful. I have black hair, and have seen her multiple times for blonde highlights. She is very thorough with the highlight process, and has a very friendly and upbeat personality. Jackie is very communicative about picking the right shade of toner afterwards. I’ve had strangers ask me where I get my highlights from. I find the prices are reasonable, pretty much what you would pay anywhere in this area.
