Biro Dominican Salon

This salon is my favorite place to get my natural hair blown out and styled. The service is top notch and I always walk out pleased with my results! I absolutely love the owner! She is present and involved-she makes sure all of her clients are beyond satisfied! She keeps the atmosphere comfortable with good music and drinks (tea and water). Expect to feel good about your hair and also relaxed when you leave! My favorite stylist is Alex!

I recently came to the salon on 08/13/2022, and I cannot recommend this place enough because you are treated as family. I will continue to recommend this salon to others. From the individual who shampooed my hair, the stylist, and the person who covered the front desk, my experience had been very positive .

I had high hopes for this salon since it was recommended in a group I am in and it’s only a short drive to my house. I scheduled the signature biro blow out for natural hair online which was easy enough. Less than an hour before my appointment, they called and asked if I could come later because the stylist I scheduled with was running late. I told them I unfortunately could not because I was already on a tight schedule for my maternity photo shoot that afternoon. The owner was very nice and made arrangements to have another stylist do my hair who she assured me was “very good.” The stylist I wound up with was less than friendly and didn’t really interact with me at all. I will say that my hair looked great immediately afterward, but it had a strong burnt smell which did not really subside. Unfortunately, now after washing my hair twice, my hair still has that burnt smell and my curls are not what they used to be. I will not be returning and I would advise anyone who is interested in
