Not coming back to this establishment. Great salon. But they just made a bad decision to mix the salon with a barbershop. No privacy for Womens now. It was very convenient for me. I live around the corner. I guess I have to look for an other dominican salon. I will miss you guys. But I’m not coming back. Sorry.

I visited the salon today after the reading the reviews and of course needing my hair done , let me just say my experience was Amazing. The salon is very pretty and clean. The stylists as well as the shampoo assistants were all AMAZING and made me feel comfortable. The stylist I had was very knowledgeable about hair care and gave wonderful advice as to how to keep my hair healthy. I forgot to ask my stylist name but that’s okay because I will definitely be returning! 5 STARS! Service: Hairstyling

If I could give this place a zero for dishonesty I would do just that. I went into this place in November in person ask how much a relaxer would be I was told $55 (by Charline first both on the left) that is what I paid plus pins. I don't like how they judge what they're going to charge you for relaxer based on how your hair looks. I returned again in January for a relaxer and this time I was told the relax will be $70 because my hair was more coarse now. The lady who washes hair in the back also argued with me that she was not the one who relaxed my hair and that I never paid $55 eventhough I had the receipt. After saying okay what is the price today and she said 70 I said okay I will pay $70 but I am going to review you on Google and she refused to give me service. So if this doesn't speak to bad customer service dishonesty then I don't know what it is. We need to be more cautious about who we are giving our money to these people are judging us by how our hair looks and taxing us for
