It was my first time and they couldn’t have been more welcoming! Taylor gave me a fabulous cut and color which I love and she was so personable! Definitely going back!!!

Not happy or impressed with the haircut or service received. The cut is just a mess, when I reached out to let the hair dresser know that something was wrong, she advised me to come in. When I went back in we decided to thin my hair out (because I could not get a brush through my hair, even after adding smoothing products... and I have super easy hair to deal with), she asked me to sit down and could not even get her brush through my hair and said that it must be my water. It’s not my water, I’ve lived at the same place for 3 years and have always had really long hair with no issues. She did what she could and then she walked me to the cash register to pay ???? I was shocked, but I did. I don’t want to bash her, I just want everyone to beware. She could be inexperienced or new, but it’s been 5 months and my hair is still a mess and difficult to manage because of the actual cut (not the length). Awesome haircut from Kathy! Very personable, would highly recommend her! A friend recommend this salon. Would absolutely recommended the salon! Great location, nice salon, friendly people! Saw lots of nice hair styles/cuts.
