Drybar - North Bethesda at Pike & Rose

I have never had a bad blow dry here, or at any Dry Bar. The stylist are all very good. Love that they don’t charge more for long hair. And the products they use all smell great. My only complaint is that despite making a reservation- I often have to wait to get styled. Sometimes it’s minor - 5 minutes but sometimes it’s over 15 minutes.

Sometimes it’s a good blow dry sometimes it sucks. It’s truly depends on who I get. They also don’t use enough pressure when shampooing my hair no matter how much I ask for more. I just got a new blow dryer and can do my hair in half the time they do it so I’ll just do my own hair moving forward

I went in for New Year’s Eve my appointment was at 5:15 pm i arrived a few minutes early I’ve waited to be seated about around 5:42 I’ve waited way longer than planned but i know if i was to say i was running even 10 minutes late they probably would’ve told me there going to charge a fee on my card and probably tell me nobody could do my hair afterwards but whatever on that. The girl who did my hair was kind but took extremely long i was the last client of the day i understand she maybe was tired and over it at that point but i feel she was moving in slow motion when it was already 6:00 at that time when i was able to do my hair after she washed and dried my hair she had someone else style me cause she wasn’t aware on how to do it which was just a half up down do straight
