My girls did there thing with my hair...fast funny and warm. Would recommend ????

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE NATURAL HAIR. I went to this salon to get a “silk press” and had the most terrible experience. I was told i had to get a blowout because my hair was “too natural and would be weird in the rollers”. The stylist i was assigned had no idea what she was doing when it came to type 4 natural hair. She was attempting to brush my hair from the root while completely ripping through every knot and tangle. I heard every rip as she yanked the brush through my hair. She stopped in the middle of the blowout to put moose on my hair while constantly repeating it was “really natural” then proceeded to put high heat on my even wetter hair. She was entirely TOO rough. Absolutely no heat protection was used I'm pretty sure my curls are fried and dead. She was also taking the extremely high heat of the blow drier straight to my damp hair which is extremely damaging with no heat protection. I could smell my hair burning. This this my first mystery shopping experience. Relaxing and blow drying my hair $130, what??? Anyway there are cheaper places to get the same service done at almost half this price. 3 stars because the hair was good but the price was nothing to ride home about.
