Stylist was personable and professional but didn't do the bottom half of my neck below my gaiter. She didn't mention it, & I didn't even think about it until my significant other pointed out how crazy my neck looked and told me I shouldn't let her do my hair again. I believe in second chances and fairness, hence the four stars.
