I began losing my hair in patches back in 2019 due to alopecia and then in 2021 it all fell out. I was completely bald and had to wear wigs. Now 2 years later it has finally started growing back but it's very short, uneven, and white. My goal was just to get a nice color and decent cut to feel comfortable without my wig around my house and not worry if a neighbor saw me without my wig. It was really hard to show up to the salon and take off my wig in public, but Phaedra was amazing. She spent a lot of time with me figuring out the right color and cut to help me start to feel like myself again. She was very sensitive, kind, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better stylist. I had asked for her because the website said that she specialized in finding the right cut for fine/thinning hair. I love the color and while I'm still getting used to having short hair, I really do like the cut. Phaedra has given me the confidence and self-esteem to stop wearing the wigs and embrace

Absolutely great customer service and professionalism! I was warmly greeted by my stylist Jocelyn, she took her time explaining the salon to me as it was my first time in, I received a wonderful relaxing scalp and hand massage, followed by a much needed haircut.
