I got all over blonde highlights on a pretty dark base. It turned out perfectly just as I wanted! Beautiful platinum and ashy highlights and my hair is still very healthy! I also got a trim and layers, and this is the most pleased I’ve ever been in my 41 years with any hair service anywhere! Jenna was my stylist and she was so sweet and professional. This salon has very few experienced personnel. The personnel that is good is always booked. I tried to give it a chance because I had a last minute engagement but it wasn't the best experience. Bottom line you have to find out who are the good ones (very few) and plan your appointments with plenty of time because the fill up fast. Please hire experienced personnel. Service: Hairstyling

Today (august 30th) I woke up and made a bad decision, that ended with blue hair…omg….was totally devastated in that moment….i also had gold tones from bleaching my roots weeks ago…so there was a lot going on..after trying to get the blue out and my hair feeling like straw and everything terrible....i knew that the fix was beyond me and needed professional help ….it was bad ! earlier today, I had stopped at a store and asked the clerk who did her hair, (which was fabulous) and she had told me jc penny’s…..i called jc penny’s at 4:30pm….told them what happened…she asked if I could be there at 6 (beyond grateful)….and that she could fix it…..I want to thank Ms Angie Clark…and her 26 years of knowledge and experience….she did not hesitate…..she knew exactly what to do…..and did it with confidence….she color corrected my hair (took out the blue)....we left a grey-ish hue in...she got the dark gold roots out...it was toned with a blonde, and she conditioned it, and not for a minute did I d
