Terrible experience. The lady was asking a series of personal questions to my boyfriend and being very unprofessional. She also said a fade was not possible with his hair. Which is odd because no other HC location has issues with it. She was unaware of simple brands such as olaplex which I have bought at this location before. Seems like lack of training. She left patches all over his head and he has super long pieces in some spots while short in the other. All he wanted was an inch off the top and a fad on the side. She said he would need way more than an inch off the top to do a fade. I believe that would be correct if he wanted a high fade, which he did not and made that clear. Either way, poor training, patchy spots, different lengths throughout his hair.

Walk ins are not welcome at this location. Took my daughter to get her hair cut. The salon was totally empty just two women sitting at the front desk playing on their phones. Said they couldn't cut her hair they were waiting for their appointments to get their in the next 20 minutes. She could have cut her hair in 15 minutes and got paid and tipped. This is the 2nd time at this location this has happened. Don't waste your time going to this location. I waited to see if there appointments showed up, they didn't. I suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere.
