Came here to get my hair braided... I asked for mid length(and even showed her) but when I was finished, they were right above my butt. Charged an extra $20 for the length..... My braids were nice but about 3 days after I got them done, they didn’t look fresh anymore. Hair was coming out especially in the back. I take care of my hair & had it braided multiple times, never had this issue before. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Biac in the future. Service: Hairstyling
