Today was my first visit and I’m truly impressed with Liz. I came in with very neglected, long, thick, coarse hair down my chest. I asked for an edgy cut, showed Liz pictures and talked about my hair, how much time and effort I’m willing to put in and then I let her do her thing, trusting that the 10-12” I was preparing to lose was in good hands. I was wrong - I was in great hands! Liz paid so much attention to detail, I’ve never seen a stylist with that level of dedication to detail. We had great conversation but when we were quiet it was never awkward. Liz was so kind and patient and explained each step to me so that chopping off my hair would be easily palatable. We did highlights too, they’re impeccable. I got exactly what I asked for and more because now I have a stylist who I’ll see again and again. Someone who actually listened to me. Simply amazing!
