AdoreU Salon and Suites

I had a cut and style at this salon and was pleased with the results. The staff was friendly and the price was good. The only problem is trying to reach the salon to make another appointment. I have tried twice to do this .I had to leave messages on voicemail. The first time my call wasn't returned for 2 days.{ I had already rescheduled at another salon]. It has been 1 day now and no response to my call. I don't see how they stay in business with this setup. It's a shame because I really liked this salon, but will probably have to go somewhere else-again. Service: Hairstyling

I had a terrible experience with this salon. I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance and the woman seemed nice through text chat. The morning of my appointment I get there before my appointment at 8am. I am the only car in the parking lot, at 8am I go to the door and its locked. I message her and ten minutes later she messages I am on my way. I should have gone with my gut and just left because she didn't get there till 8:30am. All I wanted was some highlights and a cut with some layers. The highlights look bad and the cut is not at all what I wanted. It is extremely blunt and I had to ask her for face framing pieces in front but she didn't cut them at a gradient angle just two pieces sharply cut at a different length then the rest. I told her I wanted the same general cut I had just shorter. I knew it would take a little bit of time for the fresh cut to "grow in" but I hate it. I have never been so upset with a haircut before. I can't wear my hair down because it just makes me upset.

Jerry did an amazing job fixing my hair! The last person I went to made the color very blocky and didn't style it at all. He did great blending it. I am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend him! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
