I was really disappointed in my experience. I used a Groupon for a hair cut and deep condition. Admittedly my hair was damaged and needed severe TLC. I told my stylist (never told me her name) I'm not particular but I absolutely need all the dead ends GONE. Literally two days later they were already showing again so she didn't get them all by any means. Before you can say she didn't want to go too short my hair is so long they charged me an extra $20. My hair is maybe 4-6 inches past my shoulders and they didn't tell me about an additional charge until I was actively checking out. Deceptive practices and subpar quality.
I love this place so much! Nikki, who did my hair was so nice. Omg, we talked about kpop ???? She has a bubbly personality and is so detail oriented. It was worth travelling there just to get my haircut done. Overall had a great experience.
Max hair studio, the lady Shelley did a horrible job on my eyebrows. She messed them up I will not Be going there no more. Once I got home, I had to get the color off my eyebrows Because they were fixed horrible
