Purchased eyelash extensions! Great lashes
I contacted Karla to inquire about the tape in extension removal and reinstall. Seeing as I’m a first time customer, I wanted to make sure that I booked the right services based on HER guidelines. I’m asking her questions, trying to clarify, and she immediately starts to give me an attitude. I ask her what’s the need for the attitude. All I’m doing is asking questions. She then calls me (I’m not really sure why), to which I don’t answer, since I am preoccupied. Because I couldn’t pick up her ONE phone call, she decides to cancel both of my appointments. For NO REASON. Phone call was made at 2:01 PM and appointment was swiftly canceled by 2:04 PM. I wasn’t rude to her. I didn’t ask her for anything outside of what a client would ask a stylist. It’s a shame because I enjoyed my first experience with her so much that I recommended 2 people to her. I will be asking them to cancel their appointments based on this incredibly unwarranted conversation. I’m not sure if Ms. Karla was just having
Karla is amazing, professional, very knowledgeable and listens to what you want She is my 4/ever beautician . She listened to my horror story and fixed my hair exactly how I wanted it!!!!!
