It was a great experience. My appt. was 3:00pm I got there at 2:40pm by 2:45pm I was in the chair getting my hair cut.The stylist her name was Kelly she was absolutely wonderful. She was honest about my hair n the way I wanted it. I really appreciated that n I will b returning to see Kelly again.

I was supposed to have a 15 minute consult I wanted to know more about some of the services I saw on the website. The person I was supposed to have it with, Carrie, was not professional at all. There was another stylist that stepped in to assist. Ms. Rochelle was very kind and helped me. She answered my questions. She did a clarifying treatment blow dried and trimmed my hair. I'm very appreciative of that, but I won't be coming back though.
