Great Clips

The black lady that works here I don’t know her name is either high or drunk out of her mind and can’t cut hair whatsoever please fire her or do drug test because she gave me cuts on my neck from the clippers and completely ruined my hair and not to mention didn’t even give me the haircut that I asked for and left uncut hair on sides even after pointing it out. It’s been over a month and I still am unable to set my hair how I want to.

Avoid at all cost!!! Half of the stuff here doesn’t care about their customers or their hair. You absolutely want to avoid getting haircut from Stacy who just talks and argues more than anything. If you ask her to do her actual work which is to cut hair or tell her to cut more, she will give you hell and may ask you to leave rudely. She doesn’t care about the quality of her work because she knows hair dressers no matter how bad they are, are needed right now. These type of hairdressers will be the reason why greatclips will lose customers if they aren’t already. Service: Haircut

I’ve been going to the Burwood Village Great Clips for over year now, prior to that I was going to a traditional barbershop with hot cream, straight razors and shaves, the politics became too much and I left. Everyone I’ve met at this Great Clips seems to be in a perpetual good mood, smiles a lot, and is helpful. People talk about their hair, families, kids, pets, but no politics. The stylist I first met and that gave me my first cut has been the only one to cut my hair since I made the switch. The store appears to be kept up very well, floor swept immediately, everything looks clean, no product smells (at least when I’ve been there), and no laundry lying about. I’d always shunned chain hair salons based on bad experiences from ages ago; however, I’d definitely recommend this Great Clips. Services: Kids' cuts, Haircut
