Great Clips

Last time I was there, Amy was great. This time however there was a twenty minute wait online so I checked in, waited the twenty minutes just to be told it would be another twenty five after I arrived that's ridiculous. I just wasted a trip for nothing.

Normally, the service is great, you walk in. They ask you what your name is. And if you checked in online, I went on my Lunch break I walk inobody asked me anything. I sat down for a couple minutes and the lady was talking to somebody at the counter and I can see. My name is first on the list Yes, it seems like I was invisible. So I got up and I walked out. Sorry for tweird paragraph words but i'm using texts To talk And my phone is as weird as they acted today. So I hope. It isn't like that next time I go..

Had a 5 star experience, everything went great. The stylist took the time to get to know what I needed. And did everything according to my instructions perfectly. Now complaints would go again, recommended to anyone in the Pasadena area.
