Salon Lofts Gaithersburg-Kentlands

I was treated by Karen Becker at Salon Lofts in Gaithersburg. I used to get my hair lightened up and highlighted for 12 years, after which I decided to go back to my natural dark color. After 1.5 years with dark hair, I missed being blonde so I went to see Karen Becker to get it treated. I had a consultation during which pricing and process was discussed. Karen knew the details of the color I had in my hair and quoted the price at $235. At treatment, after I waited an hour, Karen started to talk about this appointment being a correction and said that corrections would typically cost $75/hour. Then, she took my bottom hair and said she wouldn’t color it as regular blondes are darker on the bottom anyways. She said if I wanted it done all the way, I would be paying her $500 and would be sitting there for hours. At that point, I was at discomfort and in treatment already, and although I was upset I wasn’t informed about this beforehand, I had no choice but hope it would come out o

Went to Studio Indigo and Tia is an amazing stylist!! Her business feel very organic and the environment is so welcoming. She is also just an amazing person and really cares about wanting people to feel great in their hair. Came here per recommendation and I was not disappointed.
