Really rude staff. I was a long term customer. When I broke a freshly made gel nail before an event I called in to see if I can come in to repair. I wanted to apply a tip and a fresh coat of gel on top. I certainly was planning to pay for the repair. I was told they were too busy but I can come in 20 mins. When I patiently waited for over 40 mins they still said they can’t help me. After lots of screaming from the owner (?) Camy I left and was graciously helped in the nail place right across the street. Needless to say I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of nail salons all around Kentlands.

It’s was just okay I had better! The light were, door was open, open sign was on I got a manicure. The lady that did my nails was push me on getting Gel Manicure saying it last longer I told before come coming here I had gel Manicure on for a minute I just want a regular manicure and she definitely had a attitude saying “ oh she you was your hands it won’t last” “ when you clean it won’t lost” and I know that.. about 10 mins later another two Customers Walk in and the nail tech was she oh we don’t open till 10am which I had no idea your door is wide open with your lights on and open sign on. Definitely wasn’t clean not many colors to choose from first time and last time I’ll be here

My first visit to Rose Salon was fantastic. Tina was very friendly, professional and gave me one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. The pedi chairs have a great massage feature. Unlike most massage chairs, this one really worked. The salon is clean and seems to have a lot of regulars which is a good sign.
