My nails are always flawless. Phoenix is the best place around- Lynn and TK are absolutely wonderful and are always so kind and accommodating. I've been going here for almost a decade and will never go anywhere else! Very clean, and they are always very nice. They have a digital check-in system, and you can also make appointments online via their website. The salon is obviously popular as the appointments fill up a week in advance sometimes. They make it known that they don't do a lot of nail designs, so if that's what you're looking for, this may not be the place. They have a great selection of nail polishes, both gel and regular. The salon is located in a strip of small restaurants (some closed and empty) and a beer/wine shop at the end. The only thing I have a concern with, which has nothing to do with their salon, is that I've had my car vandalized (keyed/scratched) in the parking lot. So just be aware of your surroundings outside when visiting. Overall, I love this nail salon and will be coming back.

My nail technician was friendly but was a little inexperienced. I got a regular manicure which I let dry for at least 20 more minutes after she finished with me. I went home and was working in the kitchen a few hours later, and my thumbnail smudged and got all messed up. Today, two of my nails polish has peeled and chipped. I decided to swing by on my way out of town to see if they could fix them, they told me a regular manicure only lasts 1-2 days which is a load of bologna and mine didn’t even last several hours. They told me I needed to make an appointment to have them fixed, I told them I didn’t have the time as I was leaving town and had two of my children with me. They handled the situation very poorly and I will never go back to them. I even asked if they could give me a credit for a future service to make up for this and they told me no. Terrible and poor customer service.
