One Glance Salon

The customer service is so bad it’s funny. I’m new to the area, walked in because I thought the store was interesting and was looking to get a trim anyway and I was greeting in the rudest manner I almost laughed. The woman with the sleeves tattoos “the owner” did not greet me, just looked at me and very rudely asked what I wanted. I stayed and pretended to be interested in her services to pick up on her vibe some more but it was just all wrong. How can someone leave that bad of an impression when they own a business dealing with customer service. Like I said it’s actually kinda funny and laughed about it when I told my girlfriends. Your store looks cool tho has a nice tattoo parlor feel!

This salon is fabulous. I was nervous about changing hair stylists after so many years, but the experience was wonderful. The owner is expertly trained and willingly shares her knowledge to help you understand what will work best for your personal situation. I felt like she listened to my issues and addressed them all. This was hands down the best cut and color I have ever received. For the cut I explained the problem I always have of thinness and no volume. She explained the ways in which my current cut was making that worse and how she could fix it. Then for the color, she explained how my current color was not right for my skin tone and suggested we try something different. I went with it and could not be happier. I loved the honesty and the vibe overall. Everyone is very nice.

Just got my second “curly girl” haircut with Morgan and again I’m so impressed! I have referred my friends to her as well and they have also had an amazing experience. She honestly knows how to cut curly hair specifically (and doesn’t just say that she does;) I really feel like she hears me with what I want and takes it to the next Level. By far she gives the best haircuts I have had ever! And the way she knows how to style my curls… I wish I could Take her with me everywhere! Not to mention everybody is so nice and creates such an enjoyable experience. Service: Haircut
