Great Clips

TERRIBLE. I’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere that I’ve felt the need to write a review, but the lady who cut my hair, Tsoni, completely ruined my hair. I went in and asked for a trim, no more than an inch, just to get rid of the dead ends as I wanted to keep growing my hair out. Before getting out of the chair she never showed me the back of my hair as they always do but I paid and went to my car. When in my car I realized just how bad my hair was and honestly couldn’t believe it. When pulled to the front it is a multitude of different lengths and when in the back it isn’t even straight, it is completely slanted. I am horrified that a licensed stylist would let someone out of their chair with their hair looking the way mine did. I called customer service and they said the salon owner would reach out to me within 24 hours however after reading other reviews, I doubt I will ever receive a call. Avoid this great clips at all costs!! Service: Haircut

For my son, I showed her a previous photo of him and how his hair looked that I wanted her to emulate but just a bit shorter this time. She then did a completely different style which was uneven. I had to tell her to cut it even and she said it wouldn't look good that way. She didn't even style it or attempt to spike it up as the photo appeared until I told her. Then she cut my hair way too short despite me telling her the length I wanted. She was rushing and buzzed way too much. Will not go back.

Emily was not only hard to understand, but hard to work with. she was extremely rough and rushed the whole haircut, taking off at least 4 inches more than I told her to and leaving it crooked in the back. will not be coming back
