Emma is fantastic to work with! She always helps me figure out what kind of cut I’m looking for. She takes the time to ask important questions and get a feel for your hair before diving in, and checks in with you throughout the experience to make sure you’re okay with everything. My most recent haircut from her is so effortlessly cute (exactly what I wanted!) even with the minimal styling I do at home. I appreciate her!!

Emma is absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail and talent are just outstanding. She made my daughter, who has scarring alopecia on the crown of her head, feel absolutely beautiful! My daughter left raving about her haircut.

Like anyone, I was reluctant to change salons when I moved (over a year ago). However, when I found Gloss and called, I was really excited to get an appointment and went in with an open mind. I absolutely loved the look and feel when I opened the door and walked in. Madisyn was fantastic!
