Define is such an amazing place - The entire staff is always so friendly and professional, and inside of the building is stunning and very well maintained. I have been going to Heather for almost 3 years now and let me tell you, she knows what she is doing. She is the hair queen. I recommend Heather, and this establishment to anyone! I happily followed Beth, who I’ve relied on for years now, to her new adventure at Define. This time, I went for a big chop (7 inches!), and Beth once again proved her genius—she interpreted my inspiration photo into a cut that worked for me, and took the time to make sure I understood how to style my new cut. Beyond that, the salon itself is gorgeous—immaculate and welcoming despite its size. Thanks for a great experience!

I had Katie who is just about to become a level 1 artist. She did an outstanding job! I went in not full on knowing what I wanted she helped me decide and exceeded my expectation! I have booked my next appointment with her! The business itself is amazing too they literally do everything from facials to nails to lashes and even do bookings for weddings! I loved my visit and will be back soon!
