Had a really unpleasant experience at this salon!! This was my second time going there and worked with a different hairstylist not as experienced as the first time. She did not respect my request that I told her not to touch my scalp while highlighting. I have an allergy reaction to hair color but never got a reaction because I ask the hairstylist to leave a few inches from my root. But she did not listen to me. First the color was not what I asked her it was completely different!!! Second I got a really bad allergy reaction and got red swollen eyes and heads. I went there to show both the stylist and the owner what I looked like the day after to make them aware of her careless mistake. Hope it does not happen to anyone else there!!!!! IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT PRODUCT YOU USED, NOTHING SHOULD HAVE TOUCHED MY SCALP!!! Please respect to your client’s request!!!!! Service: Balayage

Went to Erin had a very bad experience. Then Jen rec Tina. The first time was ok, not great for corrective coloring, though it did not match at all. The second time was great when she added highlights (no haircut), the 3rd…. It looked ok upon leaving but it’s absolutely terrible and she butchered my hair…. all for $180. I will never be going back nor recommending in future. Im mortified and sad my “texturized” hair is 2 inches long under the top layer covering it. She also did not alter the “root” color i hated when I initially went in for correction from Erin. Tina seemed rushed or annoyed during my appts. Not once did she offer a drink or anything. I have been going here for the past 3 years without a problem until I encountered the last 2 stylists. No thx, go elsewhere.

A wonderful experience every time I come! Kiera is my go-to; she’s amazing at her craft and a joy to talk to. I always leave feeling so beautiful. Thank you for everything ❤️❤️❤️
