I have been a customer for over 10 years. I thoroughly enjoy the staff, they are very personable. They consistently provide a great service.
I got a perm done yesterday, and I had beautiful tight curls when I left, but after going home and waking up this morning my hair could barely be considered wavy. I wasn’t given aftercare instructions but I still knew not to brush it or wash it for the next 2-3 days so I didn’t touch it after I left yesterday, so I don’t know what went wrong during the process. It’s just disappointing sitting for 2 hours, paying $100 for a perm + cut, for it to be gone the next day. I’m leaving a 2 star review because Audrie and everyone I talked to was really nice and sweet, but my actual service didn’t last a day.
