Melissa did my blow dry for a wedding and it was amazing! Will definitely recommend this salon to others

I love salon central. I started going a few years ago when I worked at Walter Reed. Now that I am retired and live outside the beltway I still go. The staff (admin) is very kind and friendly. They always greet you upon arrival and I have never encountered one that has been nothing but pleasant. The shampoo staff is very friendly and always asks how you and the family are. Their shampoos and conditioners are to die for. Sara is the stylist who has done my hair for the past few years. When you talk she listens and tells you if she thinks that will work or not. I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! I have also had the opportunity to have Sondra when Sara was not in our not available. She too is an excellent stylist. You can’t go wrong at Salon Central.

I am changing my previous review as Gail, the owner, called to apologize and asked me to come back so they can fix my hair. Sara, a level 5 staff at the salon, did her best to fix my hair. I am content with how she fixed it, considering it was already so short, and will go back and ask for Sara once my hair grows back. Thank you. ********** I usually don’t complain, but I have to for this one. I had a haircut with Amanda yesterday. I am very disappointed and upset each time I look at the mirror. I asked for a stacked Bob cut, ended up with an extremely short pixie cut and one side is shorter than the other, so can’t have it fixed, until my hair grows back. I do understand she is new, which I found out only when she was cutting my hair, but I did ask for someone who has experience when I booked the appointment. I definitely will not go there again.
