I’ve been a loyal customer at this nail salon since 2020, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. My nail tech, David, is truly the best—his attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism always leave my nails looking flawless. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else. I had an appointment they took off my polish and then took another customer keeping me hostage for 45 minutes until he came back to me. I was very upset to be kept waiting while he just wanted to make more money and squeeze another person into my appointment. He did this other times where he took off my polish then went to do two men’s walk in haircuts while he kept me waiting. I told him I was upset and I thought he should do this appointment on the house. He blamed being late on the other customer, never took ownership of being in the wrong and never apologized. Then when I repeated that since I had a miserable experience I shouldn’t have to pay he said if I felt this way then I could leave and couldn’t come back. I left as agreed. The next thing I knew he called the police to collect the 50.00 plus he added 5.00 for who knows what. It’s all about the money with him. Not giving the customer a good experience. Service: Manicure

The salon is old and dirty. Chairs are torn! The worst manicure I ever had! From filing the nails to trimming the cuticles. The first operator did not have much knowledge of a plain manicure, so the second person took over, when I started to file my own nails to correct the shape! 3 days later I had to go to another salon to have a manicure to fix what they messed up! I didn’t see any organic material they use. It was the same product as any other nail salon!! Don’t be fooled by the name of the salon! Service: Manicure
