Bira's Waxing and Threading Center

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I called the salon and asked for Bira. I spoke to her and she said she would be able to thread my eyebrows. When I walked into the salon I asked if the employee sitting at the front was Bira. She said yes and took me over to get my eyebrows threaded. Although subjective, I read many reviews that said Bira’s threading was less painful. While getting my eyebrows threaded it was very painful and my skin was snagged a few times. Another lady came from the back of the salon and the lady who was threading my eyebrows was getting advice from her on how to finish threading my brows. She showed me my brows and they were very uneven and not at all what we discussed. I then asked her if she was actually Bira and she said no. I immediately told her that I asked her if she was Bira when I walked in and she said yes. She didn’t deny it. Bira said that she went to the restroom. I’m honestly not okay with any of this. I went here for the first time and Silva did my brows/lip and was wonderful! She took her time to make sure they looked exactly how I wanted them. I'll definitely be back. Service: Eyebrow threading

Not painful in my opinion but threading usually does not bother me. Happy with how it looks :) she is friendly and efficient
