I called Zina’s and asked for a pretty unique experience. I wanted my wife and her two friends to get a full spa day and for them to never have to look at the bill. Zina’s was able to help me keep my surprise spa day as seamless and relaxing as possible. I paid over phone, told them to tip 20%, and that was that. All three of them went home happy and highly complementary of the service provided by Zina’s. They are very easy to talk to, and very willing to assist with any special needs.

The woman who works at the front desk was a European woman with an accent who was highly inappropriate and rude. She tried to force a 20 percent gratuity on just two people without asking for my consent or giving me the option to choose the gratuity amount I wanted to give. She repeatedly claimed that the website stated a mandatory 20 percent gratuity for all customers, which was not true. The choice of gratuity should be up to the client and should not be imposed as a mandatory expectation, nor should it be added to my total without my consent.Also the champange and chocolate thats supposed to come with the couples massage they didn't even offer it to us we had to request it. Please be very careful when booking at this establishment and make sure to check your receipt. Service: Massage
