I really enjoyed Tameka and Company Hair Salon. I called ahead on Saturday June 25,22 to see about any walk in opportunities to get my Type 4c natural hair cut and styled into a pixie and get it dyed in one sitting. Lisa told me to come on in and that made me excited because I am new to Baltimore and really needed my hair done, and not a lot of salons are accepting walk ins due to COVID. When I was on my way I got lost trying to find them with my GPS, and when I called and told them, they were very gracious and the owner Tameka stayed on the phone navigating me there the whole time until I arrived. This already had me hyped and set the bar for great customer service. When I finally finished parking and came in, I was greeted by the kind receptionist and Lisa had me come to her chair. She listened to me intently and when I showed her pictures of an idea of what I wanted as my hair style and the hair color she helped me work through it.
